Acceptable Use Policy

TestWatch drives real browsers against real websites. To keep that safe for everyone, you agree to the following.

Only test what you may test

Point TestWatch only at apps you own or are authorised to test. If you test a client’s app, you need their permission.

Don’t use TestWatch for

• load testing, stress testing or anything meant to slow down or overwhelm a site;
• trying passwords or credentials that aren’t yours (credential stuffing);
• getting around CAPTCHAs, bot protection or other access controls;
• scraping or collecting data from sites you don’t own;
• anything illegal, or that infringes others’ rights.

How we enforce it

Plans limit how many apps you have and how often an app’s target can change. We cap spending and watch for abuse, and we act on reports. We may suspend a workspace that breaks this policy, and we report illegal activity where the law requires it.
