Paid plans are for business use only and are sold by Vasyl Harastei (TestWatch). Payments are handled on our behalf by Stripe’s affiliate Sold through Link, LLC, which acts as merchant of record for payment and indirect tax (Terms, section 6).
Consumers using the Free plan may turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Praha 2, coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr) for out-of-court dispute resolution.
The supervisory authority for trade licensing is the Trade Licensing Office of Magistrát města Opavy; for consumer protection, the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
